Thank you for a really comfortable stay. The location is GREAT and stunning, near to a railroad station, enjoyed it. There's cool Cafe da Bela at a moderate distance from the hotel, make desserts etc.

Lovely little and pleasant hotel near to a railway station. Super-friendly and extremely accommodating staff, heated deluxe double room. Bonus point for a storage and a balcony. Great and lovely location for our visit to an imposing mountain at a medium distance from the venue. Walking distance to a main shopping street and a shopping area across the street. Excellent service and good value. Not to mention free wifi!

Waking up to amazing views
Waking up in my room with a view of the Matterhorn was surreal. The convenience of being close to the train station made exploring easy. Breakfast options were abundant and delicious!
I was disappointed with the lack of staff at the reception during my early check-out, which forced me to walk to the station with my luggage.

We were very pleased with the location and the view of the Matterhorn! The hotel was clean and kept up, the staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the choices at breakfast and the coffee was great. I would recommend Hotel Bistol to friends.

The Hotel Bristol is highly recommended. Very friendly staff always has a smile on its face and always ready for a quote. The breakfast is excellent but nothing is missing. Large selection of different breads.
We liked it all. We didn't miss a thing. We'll be back.

The unobstructed view of the Matterhorn from my room balcony mesmerized me each morning. The breakfast options were diverse and good. The noise from nearby bars was a bit annoying at night. It was an enjoyable experience!

In the hotel were all very attentive, without being pushy. The wellness area was very generous,
I have one remark - on arrival (18.30 o'clock) I had to take a taxi myself. We are not used to this from the service in Zermatt ☹️
